Man: The Soviet Union collapsed in '91. But the Russian mint printed billions of Soviet rubles in '92. As late as '94, the supreme soviet was still meeting in parts of the former USSR. Empires never admit they're dead! Rome fell in 476, yet they kept appointing new emperors for centuries. Woman: Why bring this up now? Man: No reason. Woman: Stupid Russians! They didn't believe hard enough.
