Snow Sez came on late yesterday in case you missed it!

My neighborhood is a “safe” one supposedly here in Chicago. We had lots of little ones till around 7 then the bigger ones took over. They were all so cute!! I made Ramona hand out to the littlest ones as I was all made up in my witches outfit complete with green hand and face paint, nose and chin hairy warts, and yes, the pointed hat too. I looked horrifying – lol – and the older kids loved it! Passed out 6 big bags of Kit Kats/Reeses Cups, 3 huge bags of Gummi bears in little packages, 5 Nerds, and what seemed like a case of small boxes of raisans. I may have overbought and handed out, but heck its the one time of year you can give candy to kids without being thought of as a maybe pervert. (and yep, I still have a big bag of Kit Kats/Reeses Cups for me and Ramona to share that will last the two of us until Christmas)

Found a picture of what looks to be Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch dressed up like Oliver in a sheet, if someone could let me know how to post pictures on here I’ll share it.

It’s really time to make Oliver the star of the strip.

Had a grand total of 2 trick or treaters last night. Yum Yum just stayed on top of the TV and yelled at them.

celebrated Halloween in Virginia with grandsons and family. The costumes and turnout were incredible!!!! Tomorrow will drive north and rejoin MY Oliver and the rest of the menagerie. Yes, Oliver has potential to carry a comic strip on his own just on cuteness!!!!!!

We don’t have many kids here. It’s mostly a retirement community, although there are families. Nobody came to our house at all.

I called the lady who adopted the last kitty from PetCo on Wed night. I am always hesitant in case things are not going well.

Not this time! They love love love her! She said the kitty was already spoiled, is a cudller and lap cat – exactly what they wanted.

Took 2 kittens (all 4-6 mos) to PetCo yesterday. They had just gotten fixed on Thurs. The boy got adopted right away. None of the girls got a home yet but maybe today. And, Susan is taking 5 or 6 more, all adults, today.

Has anyone seen the Cat Girlfriend vs the Dog Girlfriend video. It’s pretty funny.

I got twice as many trick-or-treaters this year as last — this year she brought her little brother!

Fair Warning – Sunday is Siamese Sunday, then I am going to go shut down the cabin for winter, so we will be gone a few days after that. Its already snowing in S. Carolina, can you believe it? So it isnt far behind for us in MN, WI, and IL. For me that is a dreaded four letter word. I have the shovels out already and am ready but man, I, myself aint ready!
