One of the ladies I met on pogo is now making kitty mats like mine. She sent me some pics of her fabric and now I might have to order some.

There are some [South Park] who believe that Gingers have no soul. They were referring to human Gingers for satire.

gingers always get a bad rap but I’ve a soft spot for them hence my 2. I don’t have an exact birth date but they are turning 1 soon :)

@daleandkristin, I haven’t decided yet but I like @Queen’s suggestion of Halloween. I had been thinking of the 22nd as it’s my Dad’s birthday but I’m not sure he’d appreciate it :)

Superb pictures & cartoons. There’s a ginger stray comes to my place for her meals. I was convinced she was pregnant so took her to the vet for an abortion (…) Not only was she not pregnant…she was a male. Not only was he a male, he’d already been spayed…D’uh.

Well, I’ve heard Orange Is The New Black…

I was hoping not to have to ask this favor for awhile longer, but the time has come. My landlady informed me today when I paid my rent that in about 4 to 6 months I will be homeless. They plan on selling this house. I have known for awhile now, but was hoping to have enough time to find some where to move to. I have my name on every list in the metro area. I have talked to everyone possible. I talked to the welfare person at the hospital and at the rehab center. The housing in the Denver area is not only non-existent, but it costs an arm and a leg. I have to have subsidized because my income is $1000 a month. Average rent is $1,100 and the lowest is around $800. I also have to have a place that allows cats. What I need from the Ten Cat community are prayers and good thoughts that something will come along. I have to check with my stepbrother in Utah and see if the offer of a bedroom still is in place. I don’t want to move there and I can’t give up my babies. Without them, there isn’t a reason to get up of a morning. They have one dog and I think they just got another one. A big lab mix. My kids won’t survive with two dogs or being confined to a bedroom. Everything usually works out, but I am scared. I don’t want to end up on the street and I can’t give up my kids.I know that the power of the combined people here at Ten Cats helps move the universe.If I move out of state, I’m not sure how my follow up on my hips will go either.Please pray for me and send good thoughts.

I do love ginger cats, but I must admit the two we had did not last. Well, one was given away, and the male, called Ginger, fell out of trees, peed in all the wrong places, knocked things over, and finally ran away. Hate to say, we didn’t really miss him, especially when we saw his new home in the next town. I hope the new owners had better luck with him, lol
