Talk to your neighbors or anyone in your local viewing area! If you have not met them yet, a chat about your TV issues could be an icebreaker.
If they have the same problem then it is the broadcaster that needs to be contacted. And two voices are louder than one. But if their setup works fine and it is similar to yours, invite them home for a look-see as another set of eyes may see what you are doing wrong.
