Good thing they are not asking for a present for Chesney! But Annie’s been good, that’s the main thing. She deserves a big present!

I’m afraid There isn’t enough paper in Vancouver BC for this letter…. and when Mrs Clause gets done reading it, she is going to order a truck full of coal. And petition the Pope to name Annie a Saint!

And there are the numerous times Chesney pushed Annie’s buttons once too often and ended up on the loading dock….Yes, Mrs. Claus, please make sure Annie gets something nice.

“Bring Chesney a lot of coal. And bring us a fireplace to burn it in!”

The campaign has me up to $520 this morning. On the first afternoon !

Annie just wants the kitties to be warm and safe, altho a little respect wouldn’t be unappreciated.

Guys,I think there should be a “legal clause” in this scroll to Mrs.Clause,as in,it shouldn’t be allowed for the other 9 kitties to “claw” at Chesney’s reputation!

I have not posted here in awhile so I thought i would let everyone know we have a new “rescue” with a bit of a story. This about 4 month old male came to us from two elderly sisters who found it stuffed in a trash can by a mail kiosk near their apartments. They did not know what it was at first, but then realized it was a kitten and it was alive! It was covered in feces and fleas so they took it home and bathed and then found it’s eyes were sealed shut by infection and it was not breathing too well. My wife was called in and we brought it home ( I really don’t need another cat, but the rescues are special) After medicating and syringing with liquid food ( we have some special stuff that is high in vitamins etc. We then got it’s eyes open and finally got a good look at it. What we have is a young male RAGDOLL Siamese. These cats sell for hundreds of dollars so we cannot understand why this one was tossed aside as garbage.It has been about a week now and it’s much better. Still loves the syringe and being held like a baby. We have meds for its eyes and starting it on a course of antibiotics. We are pleased the the bowels and bladder are working. He was so skinny that we were very concerned the kidneys had shut down. He is starting to show his beauty and the traits of a Ragdoll. The most classic one is that when you pick it up, it goes totally limp, like a “ragdoll”! They are known as affectionate and loyal. We hope for the best but it’s too soon. If you run your hand down it’s spine it feels similar to running your fingers down the back of a spiral notebook! Just skin and bones. My wife got some IV fluids into the cat by it took two or three tries as the needle would just go into the skin and right on out! The baby did not cry out or anything, but we did get several cc’s of fluids into him. The result was a healthy amount of urine. A good sign.So all is well in the rescue area where I live. Thanks to you all for what you do for your cats.

The van didn’t get worked on today. The dealership told me that they would get started on it Monday.

I think if Annie saw this note it would warm her heart. An admission from those little trouble makers that they appreciate all that she does for them despite all of their cheek.
