The orange male got adopted by a petco employee. The orange girl got adopted by a middle aged couple but they left on a trip early this morning so I agreed to keep her for 10 more days. I think they will be awesome pet parents BUT they have two dogs. One is a pekenese, about 4 lbs and the other is another breed about 14lbs. My babies have neve been around dogs so I HOPE they know how to introduce them slowly. Otherwise, we will get her back. I asked one of Brads’ co-workers for advice and when these people get back I’ll talk to them about it.
A man in in his 30 was seriously looking at the grey girl. He lives alone, no kids or other pets. He would be perfect for her.I wrote up a little blurb with pictures about their personalities. I hope he goes back today to get her. That just leaves the black one.
Today is #39 for me and Brad. The time has just gone by so fast, it’s hard to fathom it’s been that long. He was just a young sailor boy of 21 and I was a way more experienced hag of 31. We met in mid-Sept and he started sea trials in Nov then went up to Bremerton with the ship in mid Dec. I saw him for NY weekend but he was so sick he never got out of bed. I didn’t see him again until he got back to San Diego for the wedding.
Yeah, that’s going to be helpful, Chesney.
