Christmas put on hold? This can’t be happening!!!

That’s not a tree, that’s a twig! I would be happy to give them a better tree – an artificial tree that I bought on clearance and used for several years. I “retired” that tree because the branches were all bent from the weight of cats climbing the tree. I’m using a new tree this year (also bought on clearance). I’d be glad to let them have my old tree if someone could deliver it to them.

Our local Goodwill has a lot of trees. A really nice 10 foot tall “pencil” one, and a bright orange one. I can’t imagine why anyone would get an orange tree.

I hate to tell you, Chesney, but Mammy Yokum you’re not!

Oh how I wish I could post pictures of last night’s “Let Them Eat Cake” Fruitcake Festival. Men and women in 18th century costumes like one only sees in movies! Huge dresses with hoops, fancy wigs (some with lights), men dressed as if they were part of the Queen’s court. I’ll put some videos on FB later. Best festival ever.

Really, Chesney? What about all the nasty names you’ve called Annie? How is that any different? Wish the kitties had a better tree. On another note, saw four chickadees, three wrens, and a spotted towhee while out walking today.
