In Abrahamic religions, Gabriel (Hebrew: גַּבְרִיאֵל, Modern Gavri’el Tiberian Gaḇrîʼēl, God is my strength; Arabic: جبريل, Jibrīl or جبرائيل Jibrāʾīl) is an angel who typically serves as a messenger to humans from God.He first appears in the Book of Daniel, delivering explanations of Daniel’s visions. In the Gospel of Luke Gabriel foretold the births of both John the Baptist and of Jesus. Christians of the Catholic traditions refer to him as Gabriel the Archangel.Gabriel is referred to as “he” in the Bible, and is explicitly called “The man Gabriel” (in Daniel 9:21)
Not original but… In the Bible angels always start by saying “Fear not!” (i.e. their appearance is pretty scary). This one loke like it were going to say, “There, there.”
I am “incensed”. To sound the trumpet of doom in the heavenly outhouse is most uncalled for. I’m surprised Gabriel didn’t suffer the same fate as Lucifer.

I convinced a cousin to name her boy Gabriel, told them it was a very masculine name. Hope they never see this strip.

At least Gabriel’s not one of those snooty angels who think their poop don’t stink.

I suspect painters used women for models so their angels would look pure.
