I couldn’t find anything, that Chrome could translate, other than what’s (perhaps indirectly) pointed to by the above URL, about this artist. Currently, he has no Wikipedia.org page, and even his year of death is in doubt (some say 1913, others 1934; maybe 1913 was the end of his active years). First work by him used here.
