Wilberforce: What's for dinner, tonight? Gladys: Pork roast. Wilberforce: Yuck! Gladys: I thought you liked pork? Wilberforce: Yeah, pork as in bacon or ham or sausage - not pork-pork!
Pork roast is great if you cook it in a crock pot, shred it, and mix throughly with your favorite BBQ sauce. Good old Southern pulled pork. Otherwise, bleagh.
