Shrug, I don’t care what people say. I like a well-done steak. There is, however, still a difference between well-done and overcooked. It depends on the steak as much as the consumer.
I had a steak at one of the national chain steakhouses. I swear they served it raw to me.
They’ve also done the dine & dash. Let’s try that tomorrow.
