I didn’t realize that Brutus had been convicted!

Things were going so well too. Whether or not his firm convictions are recognized is on the Chief. Kind of on RF’s side on this one, He don’t have to admit nuthin’.

He also has the courage of his convictions!

He’s like Charlie Brown, Wishy Washy.

My firm conviction is I need this job.

It doesn’t pay to contradict the boss, Brutus.

Oh my. Poor Brutus, but of course he needs to stay on the right side of his employer. He might do better if he could keep a lower profile. But that could provide its own problems. Sometimes you wish for a turn-around for ol’ Brutus; but then that would mean no more comic strip. Life is so complicated!

You just blew it! For once in your life, Brutus stand firm! ☺️

Brutus knows how to read a room

When a person is verbally abused constantly, he loses all self respect. The old battle axe keeps downing him in addition to his lovely boss. I wonder why he feels no self esteem?

Needs to work on his debating skills it would seem, as he really is most definitely a man of moral principles. I would most definitely offer my services, if I could, as public speaking and debates are subjects I do teach………
