Thanks to the Readers of "The Comic Strip that has a Finale Every Day!" This is the last strip! It's been a great run! Tomorrow: Goodbye again!
The Tale of the Giant Frog Creature from Outer Space (Ep #8) :
The giant mosquitoes swoop in on General Brekk, who has passed out due to getting impaled. Just then, Corporal Corey hits the giant mosquitoes with laser rays from his laser gun, tearing them apart. He pulls Brekk deep withing the giant pile of trash and takes cover.
Outside, the scene is devastating, as the giant mosquitoes continue to stab, impale, and suck the life outta the giant frog creatures. The backup team arrives, but they get killed too, for the giant frog creatures haven’t fought a real battle in centuries. The giant frog army was mostly used for hunting giant flies from Planet Diptera. That’s what General Brekk and other teams were doing on Diptera before they got so savagely attacked by the giant mosquitoes which came outta nowhere. “This is price we pay for centuries of peace”, thinks Corporal Corey, as he takes cover and keeps shooting at the giant mosquitoes.
Things looked very dismal for the froggies, but Croporal Corey put up a great defense, burning any giant mosquito which tried to get to him and Brekk. But then, three giant mosquitoes manage to move aside some trash and surround them. As Corey fights bravely and rips apart a giant mosquito, another one from behind him impales his proboscis through Corey’s head, plucking out his left eye. Corey gives out an eardrum shattering scream and collapses to the ground, but not before destroying the two giant mosquitoes with his laser guns.
At the verge of death, Corporal Corey and General Brekk lie unconscious on the ground between piles of trash, as two more giant mosquitoes swoop down on them.
Is this the end of our heroes? Will General Brekk ever escape death? I guess he does, for otherwise he wouldn’t be able to be in this comic sayng bye bye above, could he? Or does Brekk die and that giant frog in the above comic is actually someone other than Brekk? Join us in our next exciting episode tomorrow!
