So, why did he buy the cheap ass couch, instead of the expensive, pyramid shaped couch? This is no time to cut corners!

Anyone remember the “pyramid power” fad that came out somewhere around the beginning of the Age of Aquarius? Vendors of all sorts of pyramid-shaped gewgaws managed to persuade suckers that, for example, razor blades stored in pyramid-shaped containers would never get dull. There was one place in town here that sold pyramid-shaped canopy beds. No idea what that was supposed to improve.

Groan!

Wow, that’s a lot of caged critters. :-(

Osiris Vision. The earliest TV channel. At one point, the New Age types were great believers that the pyramid shape was a source of cosmic wisdom and energy so they sat in pyramid shaped structures. I don’t think common sense was included in the deal.

When he’s not watching CBS, he watches ABC. Which was once called the Tuts and Asp network.

The eye is the ‘Eye of Horus’. Horus, Egyptian Hor, Har, Her, or Heru, in ancient Egyptian religion, a god in the form of a falcon whose right eye was the sun or morning star, representing power and quintessence, and whose left eye was the moon or evening star, representing healing. Falcon cults, which were in evidence from late predynastic times, were widespread in Egypt.
