What if the sign says 127?
Seems 99% of drivers think the speed limit is a suggestion, on the order of the low end. On the freeway, set the cruise control to the speed limit and you’ll find you still get to where you’re going soon enough.
Beats my method of going 120 mph for half the time and stopping dead on the freeway for the other half of the time. Averages 60 mph right?
