yup we did. my pennies are now gathered in a skull shaped vodka bottle. Crystal Head Vodka, which is also Canadian, concieved and manufactured by Dan Aykroyd https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_Head_Vodka
Records are making a comeback. I still have my collection from the 60s and 70s and every once and a while I take them out and play them on my Technics turntable. Sounds so much better than the CDs and downloads even with the odd crackle.
I am actively trying to spend all my pennies before they become obsolete. I have a surplus of quarters and dimes, too. By the time I get rid of them all, Apple Pay should be widely accepted.

Note to readers; Canada discontinued the penny in 2013.

Unfortunately, we’ve still got pennies here. I’ve received a hand full of them in my change the past few days.

The kid knows about records, but not pennies? What’s up with that?

I like pennies just fine. They spend as well as quarters if you have enough of ’em.
