It’s hard to believe there’s someone hiding in there under all that clothing.

If it’s that cold, should a kid be outside alone? what if he falls over, could be game over for that poor little thing.

I thought the child was ice skating. Some of you may have heard this story already, but I went ice skating on the lake across from my house on Christmas Day. Because of warm weather the ice was glass smooth and not covered with snow as it usually is. Long story short, this 72 year old kid fell through the ice about 50 feet from shore where the water fortunately was just a little over waist high. I had my hockey stick and was so looking forward to skating. I was alone and saved myself. It wasn’t to hard to get back on top of the ice, but I had to ’’elbow’’ my way to shore. I’m pretty sure I looked like a walrus trying to beach itself.

I remember when Charlie Brown was so bundled up he slipped on the ice and couldn’t get up. Lucy came along and didn’t bother to help him. As usual, she made him a non-entity.

“Take me to your Heater!”

He laid on the ground like a slug. It was his only defense.

Ooh! A fuzzy gumdrop with eyes!

Now I gotta pee!

Just sweat out the cold!
