Had a cat when I was growing up that would go beside the box if it got too dirty

Lesson learned, I’ve always tried to keep them clean

We have 5 cats. 2 Cat-Genies and 1 Litter-Robot inside and one big and covered “old fashioned” for the catio.

Two words Lennie: Litter Robot. It is nothing short of amazing. Google it. (And I can easily see two weeks worth of comics from it.)

Yes, cats have a way of making you pay if you don’t keep things the way they want them.

Looks like Homeslice is pooped in more ways than one…

My daughter has three cats, and one of them occasionally poops on the floor next to the box. While they were away for a week recently, I would go over every day to check on the “boys”. While scooping one of the boxes, the biggest wolf spider I have ever seen took exception to me disturbing him. His body was about 2 inches long and with his leg span, he was quite impressive. I managed to get him out of the box, I am hoping the sides were too slick for him to crawl out. I texted my daughter and told her that I don’t blame Axle (so named because one winter he rode about 45 miles on the rear end of her SUV, which is how he came into their lives.) for pooping outside of the box, I wouldn’t go in there either!
