    Doc, that means whoever is doing your grilling doesn’t know what they are doing. A perfect burger is easy as long as the griller pays attention to temperature and time. Ditto any other meat.

    Yesterday I grilled burgers, chicken breasts, 3 different varieties of brats, green chilis and, for dessert, peaches. Everything came out delectable. For sides we had pinto beans, corn bread, herbed red potatoes, cob corn and fresh made guacamole and salsa. I’m still full!!
