The Buckets by Greg Cravens for April 07, 2016

Last night I dreamed we visited Paris. Of course, in the dream, the Louvre wasn't there, or the Eiffel tower, and the people were, I dunno, bunnies and hamsters. So the whole time, we were bending close to hear their tiny French voices. Then they'd bite our years and get tangled in my hair... Don't you think it's romantic that I dream about visiting Paris?

We are not hamster. Grumpy as New Yorkers, maybe, but not hamsters. Signed : a Parisian (laughing)

I’m always amused, after waking from a horrific nightmare to remember that, in the dream, I had a full head of dark hair.

Most of the time, in my dreams, I am who I am but occasionally I get voyeuristic and am somebody else.

I am so unromantic I cannot see anything about Paris more romantic than – not to disparage any particular town – Omaha. It is the travel to a remote location with a friend that makes the trip romantic.

I’ve been to Paris and I could swear we seen the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
Shame we didn’t see it really close up though.
