They recently did this test in some nation in Africa (Cameroon, I think…) and the kids there did much better, in part, it is speculated, because those kids believe what adults say much more because Adults there are far more consistent about doing what they say.
Eddie is definitely the younger child. They get so cynical at such a young age (speaking as an older sister who couldn’t pull the wool over her sister’s eyes past the age of 8 or so.) Sigh. Guess I did it too often when she was little.
