    IF the grass is that high he doesn’t need a mower he needs several cows or a herd of goats.

    I wish that my lawn would listen to me when I tell it to stay short. Then I would not need a lawn mower.

    Nope, the grass is like the beard on your face, mow it and ten minutes later it’s shabby again.

    Wild gardens is the new thing. No mowing, just a path of stones to make it look as if it is on purpose.

    I’ve noticed my yard gets a little bigger every time I make a pass with the lawn mower. It’s most noticeable in July and August.

    My grass tends to grow in patches, making it tricky to get even looking. Of course, this is likely my own fault, as I refuse to fertilize it and am at the mercy of stray pets for my nitrogen additives. :P
