there are still cars with a plain metal key? All I see nowadays are some clunky plastic casings, only some of them still with a potruding metal ornament.
My regular pool has a box under the front counter for lost combination locks and keys. There are dozens and dozens of car keys, which are never claimed. How do you lose a car key and not realize it?
It would have to be an older model. Cars haven’t had proper keys since the early aughts. My wife’s 2003 Subaru, proper key, my 2008 Dodge, weird plastic key.
Couple days ago I unlocked the car to drive and found my husband’s key on the drivers seat. So I’m thinking a car could leave the parking lot minus 1 key.
