My swingset when I was a kid had holes in it just like that. The wind did blow through them, but it just made whistling sounds that did not sound at all like music — more like the screams of dying giant hamsters, I suppose.
And my plans involved rocket boosters, but you had to have them going forward AND backward otherwise you’d just go up and never come back down.
…yes, I drew up plans. They were nowhere near as legible, neat, or plausible.
