How does he know all this!? What a kid.

Here I thought it was because Grandpa and his generation couldn’t afford color…ba da dump bump.

I remember back in the good ol’ days before they invented colours. It was pretty good — a little hard to tell the different flavours of jello apart without tasting them, though. But that’s where the word “grape” comes from: “Gray”. Your brother would ask, “What flavour is that?” and you’d say, “Grayyyyy…p.” ’Cause you would spit at the end.

And that’s certainly weird history!

I have a picture of my great grand-parents, it’s sepia and a quarter inch thick. I wonder what Eddie would say about that.

He has figured it out. Dang! I was hoping we could keep him in the darkroom a while longer.

I’m amazed he knows what a CD-ROM is…
