I used to love my mother reading that story to me. With each larger billy goat she would make her voice louder and more ominous. I read it that way to my grandchildren now.
In kindergarten, back in the day when there was such a thing as minus first grade, we had a wooden bridge in the classroom, so we could act out the Three Billygoats Gruff.
