I love the disturbed look Dusty has in the last panel….

Oblivion seems almost tangible after all that dirt…

I’d look disturbed too, if I were Dusty. I wouldn’t think the Dusty type man is that big on cleaning.

Certainly he wouldn’t have cleaned immediately. Mud might dry pretty fast in “Dry Creek.”

Somehow “Bunker T. Hill” reminds me of Jabba The Hutt. I never get tired of seeing excellently appropriate, newly-thought-up names cropping up in my favorite comics.

(Unless Joe Allen’s excellently exhaustive memory can correct me, and the name actually occurred in Dusty’s stories in the past. Could that skill be a qualification for achieving Genius status on GoComics? It appears that ridiculing the same victim with brand new brilliance every day might do it, too …)

If Dusty’s the miracle man, maybe he can make a million going to Vancouver and getting it to snow there for the Olympics next month. The slopes are reportedly bare, although the authorities say they can truck in all the snow they’ll need … but that could cost many millions. Dusty, here’s your chance to underbid Canada!

My memory of the pool incident is that Evelyn blackmailed her son for it. Her son doesn’t like to come visit.
