No – it’s down due to “meanness”:
I was helping my wife with a project, trying to get information on ROVs and deep-sea exploration. I went to the NASA website: it is down due to the gov’t shutdown.
RIGHT: like they’ve taken down all their servers EXCEPT the one to tell you that they are down.
I used to work in I.T. – and I knows a lie when I sees one…
