Actually, Ms. Courtney is an accomplished comedian and actress with a rather extensive filmography. And, Susan, if you can really despise a character, it means the actor is doing a great job.

Flo reminds me of character spokespersons of my misspent youth, like Mr. Whipple and Madge the manicurist. And that lady plumber (what was her name?)
