During this arc, will the owner of the store turn out to be Jack Benny?

Go down to the Walmart, where the carts roam free all over the parking lot.

C’mon, Vic — it’s Aldi’s! Just put a quarter in the slot and it will unlock. Don’t worry, when you’re done with it just lock it back up and take your $0.25 back!

BTW — “Trolleys?” Where I live, “trolley” specifically refers to a streetcar. The shopping basket on wheels is a “cart” or sometimes a “buggy.”

Around here, the carts are free to use, but wheels lock up if taken beyond the boundaries.

I have read there was a problem with the new £ coin since trolleys were only accepting the old round pound.

Yes, I know “trolley” is strictly a Britishism. But it fit the meter better than “cart.”

    @ DEAN

A couple of years back I got a trolley/cart that had not only been “taken beyond the boundaries”, but had had the locking wheel ground flat by wear against concrete so that it no longer kept that cart from moving and the other three wheels sufficed to push it around.

Oddly, once that wheel was unlocked and free to “roll”, it became a hindrance.
