I was at that “work’s not so bad” stage when my kids were young. I actually looked forward to Mondays. Now, I’m old and retired, and Mondays mean nothing at all. Life is a continuous weekend.
@LightWarriorK Actually, although they would depart temporarily, I would think that “baby” would just increase the anxious looks and observation from the in-laws.

Of the options, “Baby” sounds like the most fun. It also gets rid of the in-laws, and doesn’t actually have to result in a baby yet.
