how are they unconstitutional?way back when they were first being used, one libertarian argument was that they prefer having a camera take their picture than being stopped by a police officer.How is a State operated camera invading your privacy less constitutional that a State employed person invading your privacy. The cameras are designed to only take a photo if your speeding, running a red light (i.e., breaking the law) is triggered, it isn’t 24/7 monitoring of legal activity.
