That really is one cool statue. All kinds of bits not really part of the main body. The hair blowing in the breeze, the trident, pointed defiantly skyward. Not the kind of detail you often see in a town park.

Hey. a close up look of the Neptune statue for a change. You get so used to just seeing in the background all the time that it sort of feels weird for it to be front and center and openly discussed this go-around. :P
