Maybe if Ben reminds her of some stupid thing she did in childhood? I somehow don’t think that that would be enough, though.

Needs to change her name to Vanity.

Oh darn…looks like Pride knew how to open a door…who’d have thought?

I’m half tempted to say leave Verity there and let her deal with Pride herself, if she’s that confident of herself.

I think the only thing that she might be insecure about is the thought that Sid might be a better partner for Harry than Verity ever was. In any case, it’ll probably be up to Ben to take her down a peg or two since Wolfe and Sid seem too polite for that sort of thing.

I thought this was going too easily

Pride really doesn’t need anyone else. Verity’s over-inflated ego could sustain Pride for an eternity. The question is, what will it take for Verity to realize that having such an ego will help you sink more than swim?

Looks like they’ll have to carry her via the mirror…

Pride and Envy seem to work well together. No wonder their human counterparts (Ms. Superbia and Ms. Invidia) became a couple.

And here we are at the choke point. The rest of the team better think of something quick, because they may have just lost Vee for good.
