I thought for a moment that “Back in 45” was a reference to something that happened back in 1945 – which was, of course, the year World War II ended. I then realized that he just means “Back in 45 minutes”.

I think the Fink has once again showed that he is so dependent on the Wizard that the Wizard is able to do almost anything he likes.

Some people may ask again why the Wizard needs money. I have replied in the past that J K Rowling has explained that wizards need money because anything that is produced by magic will disappear later. Someone replied to me that that only explains the need for money in J K Rowling’s books but the same logic seems to apply in this comic strip.
