Some of us tested positive for Celiac Disease and were extremely sick before the diagnosis. Not just foggy, but constantly ill. For me and a few of my relatives it is not “oh, I feel a bit better when I avoid gluten” but “I got very sick when I ate something we truly thought was okay but while I was in the bathroom they found had been mis-labeled”
