. . . I once had an inexperience supervisor, who micro-managed. I had to ask, “How do you like to be supervised? Macro- or micro-managed?”. I had to explain the difference. The response was “certainly macro-managed!”. Point made. Who says that a higher education doesn’t pay off? Thank-you “GI Bill” benefits and night school! lol! :)
