I hate when they point to something on the screen and actually touch it; my laptop has a touchscreen.

. . . I once had an inexperience supervisor, who micro-managed. I had to ask, “How do you like to be supervised? Macro- or micro-managed?”. I had to explain the difference. The response was “certainly macro-managed!”. Point made. Who says that a higher education doesn’t pay off? Thank-you “GI Bill” benefits and night school! lol! :)

I actually had a supervisor tell me to start using the number pad on my keyboard instead of the top row in order to go faster. I hated that she was micro-managing me (she would do this to me daily when she would walk by) so I resisted for months until one day I tried it and realized she was right. Once I got the hang of it, I was able to input numbers a lot faster. I still dislike micro-managing but there are times when it overlaps plain ol’ good advice.

This is harassment! Once again Rita is touching Jay and is violating his private space. Someone call the police.
