Have to admit, I recently started playing pickle ball. It can be fun, but some folks take it a tad too seriously for my taste. When it’s all just friendly, though, we have a good time. In our complex, there are limited times when pickle ball is allowed because it is a noisy game.
I liked pickle ball well enough when it was the one gym class activity at which I was not an utter failure. Still, I find its current trendiness baffling.

Grunting adds ~8% extra force to tennis strokes. Is it allowed in pickleball, and would it help?

with the right people Pickleball is a fun game. The thing is noisier than most other sports though.
