If you hold the paper stretched tightly, and if someone drops a heavy enough rock on it, it should rip right through, particularly if the rock has sharp edges. I think that about covers it.
Not to get snippy about it, but I need to work on my design for a combination scissor-chisel. Instantly self healing paper is decades in the future, though.
