“PLORP!”

Two men sitting in the bar at the top of a very high building. One says to the other: “Did you know this building is so tall that if you jump from the top the wind will blow you right back up again?” The other man is amazed and says “Really!?”. “Yes,” says the other man, “I can show you.” They go to the top of the building and the first man jumps from the building. He falls 10, 20, 50, 80 stories, then suddenly “whoosh” he flies back up to the top and lands next to the other man. He is amazed. “I have to try that.” He jumps off the building and falls 10, 20, 50, 100 stories and then SPLAT on the sidewalk. The first man walks back into the bar. The bartender looks at him and says, “You sure can be nasty when you’re drunk, Superman.”

Where are the horrified pedestrian spectators?

Must be some heavy duty freight elevator in that building.. can’t see those elephants using the fire escape stairs for more than a couple of floors.

Reminds me of the episode of Hill Street Blues with the bull on a rooftop (and how he got down – and where he landed).

I suspect innocence, but in this coronavirus time, this cartoon could be given a political interpretation.

This is why Republicans do everything they can to suppress their conscience.
