Too many, cooks spoil the toast…

Try this toast instead: “Skål!”

And here I thought it was just broth that was spoiled.

This is what it is like when the federal government makes the toast.

Sort of akin to the old movie Pentagon Wars, but with toast.

If you say that to all those chefs, you’ll be toast.

That’s what happens when too many hands screw up the toast

Why toast? Broth/soup can be spoiled by too many cooks (messing up the spicing), but toast? Is there some Scandinavian expression being referenced here?

Is 23 just a random number being picked, or a reference to something? Here in the US, “23” would be associated with Michael Jordan and LeBron James, undeniably two of the greatest basketball players ever.
