I really have to say on a serious note, that way too many people buy birds, thinking they will will have a talking toy to play with. So often if those birds are lucky they end up in a bird rescue, which always need support. That is the first place to look, AFTER you really learn what is involved in raising one.

Yaffle is kinda rare. Only 52000 pairs in the UK

Birds are way harder to take care of than people realize. You can kill them easily. Many are considered as disposable pets or end up in rescues. Hopefully a good one. We have a parrot which we love dearly, but she can be a trial at times.

Can Yaffles live in captivity?

OH NO!!! Don’t sell the Yaffle! They’d be missed in the comics.
