    This talk about will power has given me new resolutions for this year, so.I will power down my PC at night.I will power up my PC in the morning.I will power nap in the afternoon.I will power wash my house this spring.I will power brake when accelerating from a stop.I will power shift when changing gears.

    What worked for me was to incorporate a cheat day into my diet. Although he may have an issue with portion control. I don’t think I could eat 2 bagels with cream cheese in one sitting. Maybe a bagel and a biscotti, or something along those lines.

    Sunday is my “day off” my eating plan. I usually make an “unhealthy” breakfast, and then dessert after dinner. But, back to the ole “good” stuff this morning. I do LOVE “Everything” bagels and cream cheese! (sigh)

    “Will Power” is an Australian Indy Car driver. He currently drives for Penske. Although he started at the pole position, he finished 12th in last year’s Indy 500 race driving a Dallara Chevrolet…
