Adam: How are the hot lemonade sales? Katy: Not good. Turns out hot lemonade tastes a lot like that Theraflu stuff. I think I need to diversify. Adam: Hot cocoa? Katy: I was thinking hot mango smoothies, but yours is better.
Why don’t they just let the kid take riding lessons? At least she would then be having contact with ponies…Still, kudos to her for taking matters into her own hands – a friend of mine did the exact same thing when her parents said the inevitable “No” to her pleas for a pony of her own. She did all manner of money raising activities, and within a year was able to take her parents to a local field where she had arranged for her dream to live: a piebald cob stallion.
