It is no secret that Adam does not know what he is doing

Yikes that sounds disgusting….I was always requested to make a “mega” pot for Super Bowl Sunday’s back in the day and the pot as empty when it was time for us to leave.

Some of my best meals were a result of not knowing what I was doing. Then again there were times the dog was full and we ended up eating out.

Meat, beans, chili powder, tomato sauce, cumin, cinnamon, thyme, oregano, ginger, allspice.

Chili style ground beef, stew or stir fry meat, bacon, BBQ sauce, beans, a splash of beer or whiskey, onion, garlic, chili powder

Hormel.

Graziano’s sausage (!), black beans, herbs, tomatoes and onion from the garden, sour cream, sprinkle with grated Longhorn Colby

Can of beer

No. Just, no.

My secret is coconut milk.

I got my chili recipe from The Family Home Cookbook (1963). Tried and true after 50+ years!

For once, Adam is eminently prepared for a project…

I think Laura has won already.

He lost me at pickle juice…

The only way Adam is gonna win this, is if his wife puts in worse ingredients in her chili than what he’s putting in his.

Mexican chocolate in chili? Interesting. Makes everything better, right?
