He needed to borrow someone’s huge truck. Or just get a pumpkin they can handle. Why get such a big one? Have they thought about the work of hollowing it out? Maybe they could sell that stuff for homemade pumpkin pies like my grandma used to make.
Apparently they are independently wealthy to have so little regard for the cost replacing his tires and rims, and whatever impending damage that pumpkin causes.
Happened to me once only it was a large TV and sound system. Ended up renting a U-Haul to get it all home. Then I had to unload it all from the U-Haul myself and drag it into my garage which eventually ended up in my living room. I was much younger then, but knew better than to try to “make it fit” than Adam here but then it wouldn’t be nearly as funny know would it…

Tires and rims are going to cost at least $450 plus towing. Get delivery. It’s cheaper, safer, and you will still have a car.

Used to work in a lumber yard. You’d be amassed what people try to carry in/on a car. Had one guy buy six 16’ planks, was driving a Civic.

That will be the Pumpkin of Death if he ever makes it back home. Also, how is he gonna get it out? Hopefully it’s a magic pumpkin….

Apparently, Adam hasn’t heard of trailers, or how readily available they are. And I would never do anything that idiotic to my vehicle.

Odds are there is no longer enough weight on the front wheels for safe steering. Don’t try this at home or on the way home.
