“A few years back”? Katy has grown and matured ( a little) since then. These days, kids in Grade 2 have cell phones so Not-at-home parents can keep track of them…unlike OUR parents who were at home most of the time, when not working, and always knew where we were.

Notice that Katy is immersed in a phone in panel #2.
I remember an arc a few years back where Adam and Laura had agreed that Katy was too young to have her own phone.
So…did the parents change their minds? Or is the kid snooping through someone else’s phone?

Poor Adam was on a roll too.

“The Still Beyond the Hill” sounds like a children’s book about an anthropomorphic object that escapes the noisy city to the countryside.

Give the peanut some slack. You’d be agoraphobic if you were a salted!

Adam’s book should be about a cow with a flat tire caused by a harmful snow weasel

It was highbrow to the extent it went over everybody’s head.
