Drop the ‘r’ from friends to get the real HR.

The purpose of HR is to keep the company from losing lawsuits. They learn the loopholes in labor laws and give the employees the bare minimum.

HR people are so friendly that some employees mistakenly believe that the role of HR is to find some kind of compromise between what management wants and what the employee wants. Don’t fall into the trap.

HR is the satin glove over the iron fist. 100% of their job is to make you want to do what management wants.

We called HR, Hitler’s Revenge. People went in, they never came out the same.
