Surprised the guy didn’t take advantage of her naivete.I think most in real life would.

Good thing Agnes put those sticker on the guitar to cover that road rash.

That’s the value of a Fender Telecaster in pristine condition, I’m guessing. The one Agnes showed him wasn’t. I imagine it’s still worth some money, though. What are the odds Grandma actually lets her keep any of it?

RShive…. wish a trailer HERE cost so little.The guitar in perfect condition is worth 20 grand…but it’s in horrible condition…very lucky to get 10.

The shop will generally take half…it might seem unfair till you realise they’re the reason she gets ANYthing…they know buyers, they recognise guitars…they pay rent and salaries all year hoping for a few deals to come along..

Anyway if she gets $5000 she’ll be doing well.And a small used mobile home in a park in my area starts at around $40,000…much more in the few places that allow them on private lots.

You can buy a beat-up old one to move someplace for far less…but the parks around here won’t let you bring them in, nor can you set them up on your own land…even if they’re better than the one you have.they only allow new ones…at least $60 to $100,000.

Agnes is almost giddy with the thought of 20. $20.00
